4. Booking and Scheduling
Clients can book Services by contacting us through our designated channels. Scheduling is subject to availability, and the Service Provider reserves the right to adjust appointment times if necessary.
5. Pricing and Payment
All pricing for Services will be communicated to the Client prior to commencement. Pricing is subject to change based on the scope of work and any additional requirements.
Payment Terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the invoice.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, they must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled Service cost.
7. Liability and Insurance
Hedge Trimming Addiscombe maintains appropriate insurance coverage for liability. However, the Service Provider is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or unforeseen issues arising from the Services.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Service Provider.
8. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to the property at the agreed-upon times.
- Communicate any specific requirements or concerns related to the Services.
- Ensure that pets are secured during the provision of Services.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Hedge Trimming Addiscombe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via the contact information provided.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the following conditions:
- Material breach of the Terms and Conditions by either party.
- Inability to perform the Services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments for Services rendered up to the termination date shall be due immediately.
11. Governing Law

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Hedge Trimming Addiscombe regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
17. Amendments
No amendment or modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
18. Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
19. Assignment
The Client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Hedge Trimming Addiscombe.
20. Feedback
The Client may provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Services. Hedge Trimming Addiscombe may use such feedback to improve future Services without any obligation to the Client.
